Save the Children International invites applications for the following positions :

1.  Manager- HR Operations (01 position based in Dhaka)
This position is mainly responsible for ensuring that all Country Office HR recruitment, staff transitions, staff relations and other administrative functions are in line with SC Country Office Human Resources policy manual and other organizational standards. S/he will develop annual recruitment plan, complete all recruitments in line with policies and procedures and within the set standard time, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate with relevant sectors/departments. The position will also ensure support to sub offices in relevant areas and ensure compliance. S/he will manage performance of HR operations team and supervise them.

Requirements: Master degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent subject, minimum 6 years of relevant working experience including 3 years at managerial level. Proven experience in managing staff recruitment in large numbers, performance management are some essential requirements. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, service and result drive, ability to work on deadline, and proficiency in computer, especially in MS Office are pre-requisites.

2. Senior Project Officer - AIN (03 positions based in Barisal Sadar, Kalapara, Amtoli)
This position will actively assist in planning and guiding technical implementation of Aquaculture for Income and Nutrition (AIN) interventions. S/he will supervise and assist POs - AIN and help build capacity of TOs of implementing Partners in pond fish production and marketing. S/he will be monitoring field activities implemented as per implementation guidelines. The incumbent will ensure high impact through integration with Nobojibon livelihoods intervention, helping arrange dissemination of program achievements to concern stakeholders including GoB departments at national, divisional and district levels. S/he will be responsible for collecting reports from TOs and compiling those and generate progress reports.

Requirements: Masters degree in Agriculture, Fisheries or in any relevant field. Minimum 4 years of working experience in the relevant field of which 2 years in supervisory position. Good knowledge on Bangladesh livelihood situation and challenges especially for coastal people. Excellent technical knowledge on agriculture and other livelihood components. Excellent skills in program planning, coordinating, representing, partnership management and staff management. Good in report writing. Hands on computer operation skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

3. Project Officer-AIN (03 positions based in Barisal Sadar, Kalapara, Amtoli)
This position is mainly responsible to work with Technical Officers and Technical Specialists during training/support/monitoring of program field staff as well as community and enterprise groups. The position holder will assist in targeting appropriate beneficiaries, enterprises groups and market actors. Building capacity and serving as mentors on technical concepts and practices. The incumbent should have good working relationship and linkages with GoB department and private sector people in production, receiving quality services product marketing. S/he should be able to facilitate value chain approach for selected value chains of horticulture and pond fish.

Requirements: Bachelor degree in Fisheries, Agriculture, Marketing or relevant field. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant field. Should have knowledge on community based market and enterprise development and challenges especially for coastal people and technical knowledge on agriculture and other livelihood components. Excellent skill in community mobilization, working with partners, skills in providing training, report writing. Should be proficient in computer operation particularly in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Should have valid motorcycle driving license.
