> Minimum 15-20 years working experience. Having strong/Dynamic leadership and capable of handling the factory Garments. Experienced Army Officers may also apply.
> Able to run at least a, 20 line factory and should be responsible for all the functions in the plant.
> Knowledge of lean management will be preferred.
GM Work Study/Production (Engineering Dept)
> Experience in LEAN implementation.
> 10-15 yrs working experience in work study and product engineering in woven factory.
> Able plan and lead a team of 30-40 professionals.
Work Study Manager/Product Engineering Manager
> Excellent knowledge about process work.
> Computer lay out and execution best procedure inline.
> Achieving efficiency with minimum manpower & machine.
> 6-8 years experience in big woven factories in IE department.
> B.Sc Industrial engineer/Textile Engineer.
> LEAN experience preferred.
Production Officer/Work Study Officer
> Having B.Sc in Textile/Industrial Engineers.
> No experience required.
> Ready to work in woven garments factory.
> Industrial engineers from BUET preferred.
