Position : Assistant / System Support Engineer (Post-2)
Job Description:
- Assemble, Installation, configuration & troubleshoot PC, Printer, Scanner, UPS and related computing devices;
- User end/Workstation OS, Application/Software Installation, up gradation, troubleshoot;
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for the front line user's staffs
- Make sure every workstation PC patch, antivirus definition are up to date and also make sure users use the PC without trouble.
Educational qualifications and other requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Professional Training/ Global Certificate: MCP/A+ (preferable)
- Fresher/1 year experience in IT support
- Knowledge in office network setup and troubleshoot networking devices
- Experience in troubleshooting client end software/applications
