Responsibilities:

• Check and monitor the availability of migrated products in the chemist shops in wholesale markets and other places and identify the responsible persons for product migration.
• Prepare periodical report regarding the under rate / over rate / shortage of products etc. in the market.
• Coordinate and maintain liaison with depots and sales team regularly for long dated and expired outstanding, identify problems and take corrective measures for its recovery.
• Visit, pursue   and   communicate   with   clients   for collection/realization of outstanding.
• Prepare comprehensive report regarding credit outstanding and realization status and provide the same to concerned management/department for their information, review and to capture cross departmental performance and steer further improvement.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline preferably in Commerce/Science background
• 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field in Pharmaceuticals company
• Work with under pressure & willing to travel throughout the country
• Well conversant with Ms-Office
