Manager (IT)

Job Responsibilities:

- Support country level IT wings, understand needs and provide solution.

- Analyze new user requirements, develop service patches and ensure execution.

- Work with new ERP system, analyze modules, requirements & develop solution.

- Ensure IT operation in different countries.

Educational Requirements:

Minimum B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering with MBA or any other degree/ diploma in Finance/ Accounting/ MIS from any reputed University/Institute with no third class/ division/ below CGPA 2.00

Experience Requirements:

At least six years experience in software development, implementation, data management where minimum 2 years in Business Requirements Understanding, System Analysis and Design. Working with Accounting/Finance and HR Software development Team is necessary.

Professional Qualification:

- Excellent in Database Management and data query by SQL using SQL Server/ MySql database.

- Practical knowledge of working with JAVA/C#/ASP.Net, Crystal Report, SQL Server.

- Practical experience of LINUX OS, latest networking techniques and web infrastructure.

- Familiar with ERP solution implementation system models.

- Sufficient knowledge of handling huge amount of data, understanding scope of analysis, management needs and technical interpretation.

- Good at technical documentation and correspondence.

Additional Requirement:

- Fluent in both Bangla and English.

- Leadership capacity with good presentation ability.

- Must be deadline oriented and committed to assignment.

- Ready to work under pressure and stress and willing to undertake challenges.

- Suitable for working under distributed management.

Age : Maximum 35 years

Salary : BDT 50.000/- (Consolidated). Salary can be negotiable for highly deserving candidates.

Selected Candidates will work with different units of Microfinance in Bangladesh for one year and be on probation period. On successful completion of probation period, they will be confirmed at mid-level managerial positions in different sectors like Microfinance, Health, Education etc and will be deployed in different country offices under BRAC International. They will go through a mechanism that supports genuine career development and will be offered smooth and fast career progression based on performance with excellent learning and working environment.

Job Location: Field Offices and International Offices.

Management Trainee (BRAC Microfinance Programme):

Selected candidates will work with different units of Microfinance for one year and be on probation period. On successful completion of probation period, they will be confirmed at mid-level management in different units of Microfinance, such as: Product Development Unit, Risk Management Unit, Staff Development Unit, Capacity Development Unit, Automation Unit, Monitoring Unit and Operations Unit. Management Trainee will be provided a wide range of opportunities to work in different sectors of BRAC like Education, Health, Human Rights etc, as well as BRAC international in future.

Applicable for both positions:

Job Specification:

BBA/ MBA in any discipline or graduate/ masters in Economics, Women Studies, Development Studies (MDS) with minimum CGPA: 3.00 out of 4.00 and minimum CGPA: 3.50 out of 5.00 in all academic examinations. No 3^rd division/ class/ below CGPA: 3.00 is acceptable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Age: Maximum 27 years

Salary: Tk. 25.000/- per month.
