BASIC Bank Limited, one of the leading banks in Bangladesh, is presently undergoing major expansion. As a part of its expansion program, the Bank is currently looking for some experienced, skilled, confident, hardworking and motivated bankers to recruit as In-Charge of different branches. Competent aspirants will be offered positions commensurate with their qualifications and experience as per service policy of the Bank.

Branch In-Charge Job Requirement

Banking Experience: At least three years experience as successful Branch In-Charge is required for all available positions. However, additional experience will be taken into account with due importance. Adequate experience in branch banking, especially in trade finance and credit management is a must.

Additional Requirements: Should have strong communication, marketing and negotiation skills. Should have good leadership and interpersonal skills. Should be innovative, self-motivated and result-oriented. Should be prepared to work anywhere in Bangladesh as per requirement of the Bank. Should have good command over computer operation.

Educational Qualification
Master degree or equivalent with minimum 2nd division / class or equivalent CGPA in all the examinations. Any professional qualification will be an added advantage.

Age
Not over 45 years as on December 31, 2011.

Salary
Attractive compensation package will be offered as per Bank's own pay scale.
